Mr Oliver has almost 20 years of experience as a consultant plastic and cosmetic surgeon since his appointment in Exeter and Torbay in 2005. He trained in Oxford and was entered onto the GMC Specialist Register for Plastic Surgery in 2005.
He undertook cosmetic surgery fellowships in Australia and at the McIndoe Surgical Centre, East Grinstead.
